BOARD MEETING DATES
Peacock Point's next board meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 15, at 6 PM. The Agenda and Zoom link will be emailed to all homeowners by PAS. The Zoom link will be posted here when available.
Other meetings in 2024 will be: July 17, September 18, and November 20. You can attend all sessions either via Zoom or in person at the clubhouse.
NEW GARAGE LIGHTS
New garage lights will be installed shortly. If a homeowner wants to purchase additional approved light fixtures, submit your order no later than Monday, April 15, 2024.
NEW ARCHITECURAL GUIDELINES AND APPLICATION
The Architecural Committee is preparing new guidelines and application forms to be distributed shortly. Please submit forms for approval of outside structures like cameras or lights) that may have been missed in the past.
SPORTS COURT DO'S AND DONT'S
- For the use of residents and their guests only
- Hours are 9 am to 6 pm daily
- You must wear shoes with light soles
- No bike or skateboarding allowed
- Enjoy yourselves but keep noise levels moderate
- Close the gate as you leave
